Our Impact

Working together with local low income communities, homeless shelters, foster cares, and nonprofits, we recruit, develop, and mentor young adults through a 1-year community-based program, including our “Clique” model, to transform the lives of our young adults and empower them to be self-sustainable forever.

Personal & Professional Development

Over the course of the year, our young adults will progress through our 4 main pillars including personal, professional, mental and financial, including working with a Mentor, Career Coach, Counselor and Financial Advisor. They are also placed with one of our employer patners for a full-time role or or internship.

Each of our young adults will be paired with a dedicated mentor throughout their hire. Our mentorship program is much more than just a transaction between the mentor and mentee. Here, we focus on the relationship. They’ll be paired with a mentor that genuinely cares about their future, but first, them as a person. These mentors will meet weekly to provide anything from career coaching, help with housing, and create community, by surrounding them with friends who can help our young adults grow into the best versions of themselves.

After 1 year in the program, they’ll be eligible for graduation based on certain criteria that measures personal and professional growth. But the interaction won’t end there. In fact, it’s only getting started. They’ll then be part of our alumni program to continue receiving support and potentially become a mentor one day themselves.
