Working together with local homeless shelters, foster cares, nonprofits and employment partners, we recruit, develop and mentor young adults through a 1-year transitional program, to empower, enable and encourage them through their personal lives and professional careers.

Personal & Professional Development

Over the course of the year, our young adults go through leadership development, professional development, financial literacy and work on mental health, as well as work with our team on job or internship placement.

Each of our young adults will be paired with a dedicated mentor throughout their hire. Our mentorship program is much more than just a transaction between the mentor and mentee. Here, we focus on the relationship. They’ll be paired with a mentor that genuinely cares about their future, but first, them as a person. These mentors will meet weekly to provide anything from career coaching, help with housing, and create community, by surrounding them with friends who can help our young adults grow into the best versions of themselves.

After 1 year in the program, they’ll be eligible for graduation based on certain criteria that measures personal and professional growth. But the interaction won’t end there. In fact, it’s only getting started. They’ll then be part of our alumni program to continue receiving support and potentially become a mentor one day themselves.
