We are seeking to fill our paid and volunteer roles who each own a key area and create lasting impact. If you're driven, humble, and have a passion for serving others, we want you on our team. Depending on your specific skillset or desired areas of growth, there are a few roles seen below (yes, you can apply for more than one). Marketing Manager (Contractor)~5-7 hours per week
$20-30/hour (based on experience)
1-3 years preferred
Remote/Hybrid - Atlanta preferred
Brand Awareness & Growth
Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility across digital channels
Identify opportunities to expand audience reach and engagement
Support campaigns that strengthen overall brand recognition
Email Marketing & Donor Engagement
Create and manage email campaigns for donor cultivation and retention
Segment audiences and tailor messaging for different supporter groups
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns engagement and conversion
Newsletters & Community Communication
Lead the creation and distribution of newsletters for current followers and supporters
Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with the organization’s voice
Maintain a consistent communication cadence
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule content across social platforms
Develop strategies to grow audience engagement and brand loyalty
Monitor trends and adapt content for relevance and reach
Volunteer Roles
FUNDRAISING CHAIR Estimated ~10 hours per month (seasonal)
Create and launch 2 fundraising campaigns per year – opportunity to get creative and introduce a new idea to our team
Own annual Vision Night fundraiser dinner - venue, logistics, food, speakers, etc.
Own the donor list and make recommendations on communication and engagement based on different donor personas
Research other potential donation avenues, i.e. writing grants, scholarships, etc.
MENTORSHIP CHAIREstimated ~10 hours per month
Own and deliver the mentorship training class for each cohort
Minimum monthly touchpoints with each of the mentors – can be email or phone
Be the spokesperson and main touchpoint for the mentors and determine mitigation tactics for any scenarios that arise with each of their youth
Coach mentors on best practices, provide lessons learned and solutions to any problems
Have been / are a mentor for Pour Over Love or a like non-profit in the past
Determine fun and engaging mentorship activities for monthly hangouts
