We are Pour Over Love, providing leadership development, on-the-job training, and mentorship to the at-risk youth of Atlanta.
We’re creating a community where all people feel seen, appreciated, and encouraged, while providing an equal opportunity for those who may be less fortunate to succeed.
Our Why
There is currently a lack of opportunity in Atlanta for the at-risk youth community, ages 18-25. These areas include on-the-job training, life skills, and mentorship. We’re here to fill that gap.
Our Impact
By hiring, training and mentoring the at-risk youth community, we’re empowering them to develop skills, find community, and advance their careers to hopefully stay out of homelessness forever.
