Become a Mentor

Have a passion for leading and helping develop youth?

We say our mentorship program is much more than just a transaction. Here, we focus on the relationship. As a mentor, you’ll act as a career coach, a realtor, and most importantly, an older sibling or parent they may have never had. You’ll guide them in career development, help network, assist with housing and create community. You’ll play a major role in our youth’s transition into their future careers or passions. We ask our mentors to commit to a minimum of 1 year to really foster and grow the relationship. Time commitment will be about 2 hours every other week, while we’d encourage as much communication and interactions as possible.

After you apply, someone from our team will contact you about a potential interview with our program director.
